He is convinced that women and men are in the centre of any system. He prefers to talk of liberty and humanism instead of free market or, in contrary, of socialism. He has always replaced these antagonisms by idealistic visions of communal and shared constructions.
Polyvalent, he has undergone training in the field of management and has visited the bench of the faculty of psychology after having studied law as well as social and political sciences in Lausanne, Switzerland. Still very young, hardly graduated, he starts to handle delicate management situations by creating new paths of hope and development for his struggling clients.

While handling alongside a large Swiss entrepreneur an intense financial, legal and human crisis, that would eventually implode a whole system, Charles Elie Nicollerat proves from the very beginning to be an exceptional crisis manager, solid, calm, straight and loyal in the tempest. Ever since, he has the privilege to interact with some of the greatest economic and political players in the country, often in the role of a warier, sometimes as eminence grise. In the 2000’s he participates as a sponsor, actor and speaker in various editions of the « Crans Montana Forum », an NGO gathering the big international figures and developing countries for building a better world.
During 25 years of entrepreneurial and human fights Charles Elie Nicollerat would often stand in for those whom he defends and never hesitate to expose himself when he feels that a cause should not be abandoned. This is how he became an expert in management, in business law, in accountancy and corporate finance as well as a connoisseur of dangers and opportunities related to bankruptcy, to depts or to restructuring as well as to creation or revival of projects, of companies and of persons going through such experiences. He would undergo trials, bankruptcy and personal as well as financial setbacks along the path and would meet with great successes and numerous victories.
After a miraculous recovery from a serious accident in 2018, Charles Elie Nicollerat decides to dedicate his life to the construction of tomorrow’s society and to put his competences at the service of projects working for health and for the balance of mankind, the planet, mother nature and of well-intentioned initiatives, empowered by social action and entrepreneurial skills.
